Our Concierge Care Program is designed to ensure that every patient receives continuity of care between appointments, allowing our team to answer questions promptly, monitor chronic conditions, provide husbandry guidance, and identify subtle health concerns before they become medical emergencies.

Included with Every Wellness Package
Every patient enrolled in a Wandering Wings Wellness Package is automatically enrolled in the Wandering Wings Concierge Care Program at no additional cost.
Patients receiving care through our Sick Visit Program are also enrolled in the Concierge Care Program for the duration of their treatment, ensuring close follow-up and continuity of care during recovery.

Monthly Veterinary Nurse Check-In
Once each month, one of our experienced veterinary nurses will personally reach out to review your pet’s health and answer any questions you may have.
Your monthly check-in may be completed by whichever method is most convenient for your family:

- Video consultation
These proactive conversations allow us to monitor ongoing conditions, review medications, discuss nutrition and husbandry, and address small concerns before they become larger medical problems.
Unlimited Veterinary Nurse Messaging During Business Hours
Concierge members enjoy unlimited messaging with our veterinary nursing team during regular business hours.
Whether you have a quick question about medications, diet, behavior, husbandry, recovery after a procedure, or simply need reassurance, our nursing team is available to help guide you.
When appropriate, your questions will be reviewed with one of our veterinarians to ensure you receive accurate medical guidance. If your pet requires a veterinary examination, diagnostics, or emergency treatment, we will help arrange the most appropriate next step.
Preferred After-Hours Access
Unexpected concerns don’t always happen during normal business hours.
Members of the Concierge Care Program receive reduced after-hours telemedicine consultation fees, making expert veterinary guidance more accessible when urgent questions arise.
Our after-hours consultations help determine whether your pet can be safely monitored at home, should be scheduled for an urgent house call, or requires immediate evaluation at one of our trusted emergency referral hospitals.
Priority Scheduling
Whenever possible, Concierge Care members receive priority scheduling for:
- Sick visits
- Follow-up appointments
- Telemedicine consultations

As part of the Wandering Wings Concierge Care Program, we are happy to review medical records, laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, discharge instructions, and treatment recommendations from emergency hospitals, specialty practices, or your primary veterinarian.
Our team can help you:
- Explain medical findings and recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Answer questions about diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans.
- Review laboratory results and diagnostic reports together.
- Coordinate follow-up care after emergency or specialty visits.
- Communicate directly with your primary veterinarian, emergency hospital, or specialist when appropriate to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with long-term management plans for chronic or complex medical conditions.
